At Forzira, we strive to provide the best service and ensure a positive shopping experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns will be processed. Please review the following information to better understand our procedures.
What You Need to Provide:
- Photos/Videos of the Damaged Item: Please provide evidence of the damage by sending photos or videos.
- Screenshots of the Dispute: Include screenshots showing the customer’s complaint or dispute, such as through PayPal Dispute, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- (Optional) Tracking Number of the Returned Item: If requested by Forzira, you may need to provide a tracking number to confirm that the item has been returned.
How to Request a Refund:
- Contact Forzira Customer Service: Reach out via your account dashboard or email support at help@forzira.com.
- Submit Required Documentation: Provide photos/videos of the damaged product and screenshots of any disputes.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 48-72 hours after approval and will be returned to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal or credit card) or credited to your account balance for faster processing.
- Refunds to the account balance can be used for future purchases or withdrawn at any time.
Refund Eligibility:

Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, we offer a full refund or replacement.

Incorrect or Missing Products: If you receive the wrong product, the incorrect size, color, or a product with missing components, we offer a full refund or replacement without requiring the return of the incorrect item.

Out of Stock Products: A full refund will be issued if the product is out of stock, and you will be notified promptly.

Products Unable to Ship: If we are unable to ship the product due to limitations in transportation, we will provide a full refund.

Delayed Orders: Refunds will be provided for orders delayed beyond normal delivery times:
- More than 30 days for orders to the UK, USA, and European countries.
- More than 60 days for orders to South America, the Middle East, India, and Africa.

Cancelled Orders: Orders cancelled before shipment will receive a full refund. Please note that certain orders, such as those involving personalized products or Branding Projects, may have different cancellation policies.

Missing Packages: If your package is lost during delivery, we will offer a full refund.

Warranty Conditions: Forzira offers a 14-day warranty on all products from the date of receipt. Refunds are not available after this period.
Cases Not Eligible for Refunds:

Order Marked as Delivered: No refunds or replacements will be offered if the order status shows as delivered.

Unclaimed Packages: Packages unclaimed within the carrier’s timeframe will be destroyed by the local carrier.

Tracking Information Alerts: Refunds will not be provided if tracking information indicates issues such as incorrect addresses, refused packages, customs delays, or non-existent numbers.
Return Policy:
We generally do not suggest returning products due to high shipping costs and long delivery times. However, if you wish to return an item, please do so within 10 days of receipt, ensure the product is in good condition, and be aware that you will be responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be sent to the Forzira warehouse in the UK.
