  • We are committed to ensuring timely delivery of your orders. If we miss the estimated delivery timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund as per our Shipping Guarantee.

    • Normal Delivery Timeframe: Most orders are delivered within 7-20 business days, depending on your location.
    • Busy Season: During busy seasons, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Christmas, delivery times may extend to 30-40 days due to increased package volumes and limited shipping capacity.
    • Unforeseen Circumstances: In cases of unforeseen events like pandemics, strikes, or natural disasters, delivery times may vary. We will keep you updated via email or notifications.

Please note:

  • For orders shipped to the UK, Europe, Canada, and the USA, we will refund if the total shipping time exceeds 30 days.
  • For orders shipped to South America, the Middle East, India, and Africa, we will refund if the total shipping time exceeds 60 days.
  • We do not offer refunds for delays caused by delivery issues such as incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, or inability to contact the recipient.
